Hollow Shaft Hydraulic Motors "K" Series
The GECO "hollow-shaft" hydraulic motors are of axial piston design and offer high power in a small envelope.

A pressure balanced port plate design insures high volumetric efficiency. Special attention has been paid to the porting, which provides quiet, smooth running.

Heavy bearings provide long life and reliability. Rotation is bi-directional and speed is proportional to input flow. GECO motors are available in fixed and variable displacement. An optional drive shaft can be provided for hollow shaft models - solid male shafts and double-ended male shafts available.

 

Planetary Gearbox Drives

The range of application of the Rollstar fluid motors and planetary speed reducers are as wide and varied as the transmission technique itself.

FEATURES:

• Continuous driving torque up to 870 000 lb-ft. (120000 daNm) and maximum torques up to 1,300,000 lb-ft. (180,000 daNm).
• Quantity production of all modular parts and models on established principles ensures spare parts supply with fast deliveries from stock.
• Wide range of reduction ratios can be provided for within the same dimensions allowing proper selection to meet the desired application requirements.
• Flange mounting, i.e. on the side where the output-torque is effective. No foundation necessary.
• Lubrication and heat transfer with the drain oil from the fluid motor eliminates the need for special gear lubes and reduces maintenance costs and increases reliability.
• Extremely small housing diameter/low weight per horsepower with small rotational inertia and mass equilibrium.
• Greater power density through load compensation of the rotating parts.
• Ring gears are nitrated, planet gears in hardened and tooth profile ground high quality alloy steel for high operational efficiency and long working life.
• High efficiency per planetary stage.

Built-on Stackable Modular Planetary Speed Reducers
The first planetary stage has the same diameter as the hydraulic motor. As a result, six times the torque can be developed on the notably small diameter of the hydraulic motor. As the output shafts are constructed as splined hollow shafts additional planetary stages of the modular concept can be stacked easy. Three different gear reductions are possible per planetary stage, therefore, a considerable number of gear reductions can be provided to meet almost any special customer requirement. The combination of the fluid motor and planetary speed reducer can be supplied for continuous torques up to 870,000 lb. ft. and intermittent torques up to 1,300,000 lb. ft. Shiftable Planetary Gears
Independent of working pressure and pump-delivery, these planetary speed reducers offer a great range of torque and speed for applications such as earth-drilling equipment, machine tools, extrusion machinery, track drives, etc. Higher torques can also be supplied by combination with our modular standard planetary stages. Only shiftable at zero speed. The stage 1:1 can be omitted, to reduce unit price.

Axial Piston Pumps & Motors

POWER
The gearbox horsepower rating is determined in accordance with ISO 6335 standards, with a verification of pitting and tooth base flexion of gears. The life of bearings is determined in accordance with ISO 281 standards.

The indicated horsepower ratings refer to an input rotation speed of 540 r.p.m, where rotation speed or working conditions are different.

PTO Drive Shafts
EG offers the customer a complete range of "genuine parts" available from stock by the EG Dealer Network. All parts are packaged individually to insure the highest degree of quality and reliability.

Counter-Cones
Safety protection of moving parts is an ever-increasing requirement of the end-user. EG Counter -cones are specifically engineered to allow complete protection of P.T.O. drive shaft during all dynamic and static conditions. The cones can be applied directly on COMER gearboxes or any alternative commercial unit.

Axles
Comer offers a complete range of practical, reliable parallel axles drive axles for electric and hydrostatically operated lift trucks, loading either at the front or on the side.

FEATURES:

• Space-saving: mounting the motor parallel with the wheels saves a great deal of space and therefore allows the batteries to be fitted in a more rational position, lowering the center of gravity and greatly improving visibility.
